Return Policy: Unused coffee products may be returned to Italian Bean Delight for any reason within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Unused new espresso machines, coffee grinders and espresso accessories may be returned to Italian Bean Delight for any reason within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus 30% restocking fee. If the espresso machine, grinder or espresso accessorie item was shipped free of charge, the shipping costs occured by Italian Bean Delight will be subtracted from the refund as well. Demonstration or used Espresso machines, espresso grinders are subject to inspection by a third party to assess the refund. Opened coffee beans and pods packages may not be returned for refund unless they are found defective as they are no longer resalable. Used pods are not refundable, please do not return them. No refunds after 30 days for any reason on any product. To return merchandise, you should first request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Coffee Beans and pod items returned without an RMA number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unused new espresso machines, coffee grinders and espresso accessories returned without an RMA number are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Refunds will be issued after receipt, inspection and restocking of the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Italian Bean Delight. Please do not "refuse delivery" of the package to return it. This will cause a delay in processing your refund and you will be charged for the return shipment. For your protection please use a tracked shipment method with signature request of the recepient. All returns can only be send back to the address as filed on the RMA.
