If you are not satisfied with our products, prior to return, please give us a chance to find out what might be wrong in producing your espresso. For example, some of our espresso beans are not the perfect selection for drip coffees. We are more than happy to assist you to reach your goal of superior espresso taste. We are ID Verified in both EBAY and PayPal Verified.
